Please find attached minutes from the League Meeting held on the 7th of April 2016.
Our AGM will be held on Thursday 23rd June 2016 at The Shamrock Club, Welwyn Garden City commencing at 8.00 pm.
The League’s Presentation Day is Sunday 5th June – invitations will be sent out shortly to all recipients of Awards, these being winners, runners up, golden boot and sportsmanship.
Divisional Cup Finals
For all those attending the Divisional Cup Finals at The Hive on the 7th and 8th of May, the League would like to wish all players and Managers good luck.
Can you please let me know ASAP if your team is planning to arrive by coach, as this needs to be arranged beforehand with The Hive.
There will be a £1.00 car park charge which will be collected on exit, so please have your change to hand to avoid delay.
Programmes will be provided for each team however we will have further copies for sale at the cost of £2.00 each.
The Players will have the use of changing rooms however, they will not be allowed to leave their belongings in the changing room.
The Management Committee at The Hive have asked that we remind you that picnics are prohibited at The Hive and refreshments will be available to purchase on both days.
If you are planning to have your final videoed can you please contact me as permission needs to be granted for external companies to video at The Hive.
Can the Manager please report to The Committee gazebo (which will be situated by the pitches after the main building) to register your team and collect programmes whereupon you will then receive further instructions.
